1. IndusInd Bank: The bank will allot 4.76 crore shares at Rs 524 apiece aggregating to Rs 2,495.8 crore via on a preferential basis to qualified institutional buyers.

2. Coal India: The company’s net profit in Q1FY21 fell 55.1 percent to Rs 2,077.5 crore from Rs 4,630 crore while revenue declined 25.9 percent to Rs 18,486.8 crore from Rs 24,939 crore, YoY. EBITDA decreased 52.8 percent to Rs 3,051.7 crore and EBITDA margin contracted by 1000 bps to 16.5 percent, YoY.

3. Aviation stocks: InterGlobe Aviation, SpiceJet will be in focus after the government allowed airlines to operate with 60 percent capacity in the domestic segment.
