1. Reliance Industries: Reliance Retail Ventures has completed fundraising of Rs 47,265 crore for a 10.09 percent stake in the company. (Disclosure: Network18, the parent company of CNBCTV18.com, is controlled by Independent Media Trust, of which Reliance Industries is the sole beneficiary.)

2. Infosys: Simplus, an Infosys Company, has announced a vaccine management cloud solution aligned with Salesforce Work.com for vaccines.
