The Indian market is likely to open on a subdued note Wednesday amid mixed global cues. At 8:00 am, the SGX Nifty was trading 21.00 points or 0.16 percent lower at 13,130.00, indicating a flat start for the Sensex and Nifty50.

1. Tata Motors: The company reported a 20.7 percent rise in total vehicle sales for November 2020 at 49,650 units as against 41,124 units in November 2020.

2. Hero MotoCorp: The company is likely to bring on board 11-13 existing Harley Davidson dealers, industry sources said. At least 10 Harley Davidson dealers have signed letters of intent with Hero MotoCorp. Additionally, Hero MotoCorp’s total motorcycles and scooters sales in November 2020 rose 14.4 percent to 5,91,091 units from 5,16,775 units in November 2019.

3. Dr Reddy’s Laboratories: The company and Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) have commenced clinical trials for the Sputnik V vaccine in India.

4. Coal India: The state-run miner reported a 3.4 percent rise in production at 51.7 million tonnes (MT) in November as compared to 50 MT, YoY. Production during April-November 2020 increased to 334.5 MT from 330.4 MT, YoY. Offtake of coal by CIL in November increased to 51.3 MT as against 47.5 MT, YoY.

5. Vodafone Idea: The company has raised the price of select postpaid plans by Rs 50 in the UP East circle.

6. Eicher Motors: The company sold 63,782 units of motorcycles in November as against 60,411 units, YoY.

7. Punjab National Bank: The bank has launched a tech-based loan management solution called ‘LenS-The Lending Solution’, to speed up and maintain accuracy in online loan processing and sanctioning of credit proposals.

8. SML Isuzu: The company sold 516 vehicles in November 2020 as against 521 vehicles sold in November 2019.

9. Godrej Industries: ICRA has assigned ‘A1+’ rating to the company’s issue of Commercial Paper Programme of upto Rs 1,500 crore.
