Match Rundown

PBKS completed the biggest ever run chase in the history of T20 cricket as they got to the 262-run target set to them by KKR at the Eden Gardens in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 on Friday.

Bairstow and his 108 was accompanied with a cracking half century by his fellow opener Prabsimran Singh. Shashank Singh hit 68 off 28 with the help of eight maximums as well to ensure that the KKR bowlers were taken apart in their own backyard. The PBKS batter smashed a total of 24 sixes in the 18.4 overs that they faced, chasing the mammoth total set by an exemplary KKR batting unit.
