“The said dividend, if declared by the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, will be credited / dispatched on 26 July 2024 and/or 27 July 2024,” the company said in an exchange filing.
The annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on July 22, 2024.
Previously, the company had declared an interim dividend of ₹110 per share last year in September, followed by ₹60 final dividend in June 2023.
Shares of Maharashtra Scooters have surged to the day’s high and are currently trading 2% higher at ₹8,067.45. The stock has surged 10% so far in 2024.
