HDFC AMC Q4 results: Net profit rises 44%, revenue 29% up

HDFC Asset Management Company (AMC) on Friday (April 19) reported 43.8% increase in net profit to ₹541 crore for the quarter ending March. The company had posted ₹376.2 crore in the same period last year.
The revenue soared by 28.5% to ₹695.4 crore from ₹541 crore recorded in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Total income of HDFC AMC rose 33% to ₹851 crore in the fourth quarter against ₹638 crore in the March 2023 quarter.
HDFC AMC’s earnings per equity share increased to ₹25.35 (basic) for Q4 FY24 from ₹17.63 in Q4 FY23.
The annual earnings per equity share of the company increased to ₹91.15.
The Asset Management Company (AMC) also declared a final dividend of ₹70 per share of ₹5 each of the Company.
“The dividend if approved by the shareholders, will be dispatched/remitted commencing from the day after the ensuing Annual General Meeting,” said HDFC AMC in its BSE filing on Friday, April 19.
Shares for HDFC AMC closed at ₹3,708 on Friday ahead of its fourth quarter results.
