Alternate asset classes in residential real estate like student housing and co-living are picking momentum gradually. Interestingly, both of these are based on the concept of shared resources that have emerged as a need due to rising costs. The rise of these asset classes is gaining prominence in the eyes of both domestic and overseas investment firms.
