Harshini Kanhekar is India’s first female firefighter who joined an all-male college to fulfill her dream.
Currently, she is working with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (Mumbai) as Deputy Manager-Fire Services.
After completing the course, she got selected by ONGC via a campus interview.
She was posted at Mehsana, under GD Saini, retired Chief Manager-Fire Services.
Mehsana is second biggest onshore production of ONGC.
